How we do it
- Discovery call (free) — we learn your setup: number of users, current platform, any shared mailboxes or special requirements
- Migration plan — a written plan covering the cutover window, rollback procedure, and user communication
- Pre-migration prep — accounts provisioned, DNS staged, mail flow tested in a safe environment before anyone moves
- Cutover migration — typically done overnight or over a weekend so your team arrives to a fully working inbox
- Post-migration support — we stay available for 5 business days after cutover to handle anything that comes up
Typical timeline: 1–2 weeks from first call to completed migration for businesses under 50 users.
